Giti Tire’s Tri-Country Production Maximizes Quality and Flexibility
As a global tire company, Giti Tire continues to focus on delivering the highest quality products to more than 130 countries around the world. In order to reflect these global needs, the company continues to advance its global production and supply chains, including utilizing advanced automation technology.
In each of its eight factories in three countries, Giti Tire maintains very strict measures to preserve top level production, testing, and quality control. These are supported as well through unified network of five global R&D centers, which interact closely with each production center to ensure efficiency and best practices.
Finally, responsibility towards environmental and worker safety is an upmost priority for Giti. All Giti factories comply with strict local environmental and manufacturing laws and regulations, from design, construction, to production. In addition, they have obtained national certifications of quality management, environmental management, and occupation health and safety management systems.
China Production Centers - Locations Throughout the Country
With six production centers in four locations strategically placed in China, Giti has the technology to produce all types of tires to meet needs of customers for both the Chinese and global markets. Each of the facilities has full production and environmental certifications, and consideration is always given to making a positive impact back to the local communities, by utilizing safe, recyclable, and energy-reducing processes. These facilities produce a full range of tire types and sizes, in order to meet the needs of drivers both locally and in markets around the world.
United States Production Center - Chester County, South Carolina
Giti Tire continues to expand production in its full and high-tech tire production facility in South Carolina, USA, which was opened in late 2017. The factory uses top technology and local resources to build passenger car tires for the North American market, including new Giti brand fitments with Volkswagen OEM. A fully-integrated R&D center and office support the facility, which will continue to create jobs, opportunities, and high-quality products for the community and beyond. Indonesia Production Center - Tangerang, Indonesia
Giti Tire's production center in Indonesia, together with partner PT Gajah Tunggal, utilizes decades of production experience to produce efficient and high quality passenger car, truck and bus, and motorcycle tires. To support the facility, a full R&D center and proving ground compliment the production center to allow for all stages of the tire-making and selling process, throughout the ASEAN region as well as other markets worldwide.
By working together to utilize the individual and collective strengths, Giti is able to unite technology and knowledge to be a leader in tire manufacturing, and continue to position itself for its tire production quality and reliability.
